Principles for selecting the type of sterilization equipment

2. When the pressure reaches 0.05MPa, open the vent valve, discharge the cold air for the first time, and the pressure returns to 0.00MPa. Close the vent valve and heat again. When the pressure reaches 0.05MPa again, vent the air for the second time and exhaust it twice. After cooling, the exhaust valve returns to its original state.
3. After the sterilization time is reached, turn off the power, close the vent valve, and allow the pressure to slowly decrease. Only when it reaches 0.00MPa can the lid of the sterilization pot be opened and the culture medium can be taken out.
4. If the sterilized culture medium is not taken out in time, wait until the steam is exhausted before opening the pot lid. Do not leave the culture medium closed in the pot overnight.
