When the electric steam generator leaves the factory, the staff should carefully check whether the actual object is completely consistent with the details on the list, and must ensure the integrity of the equipment. After arriving at the installation environment, the equipment and components need to be placed on a flat and spacious ground to avoid damage to brackets and pipe sockets. Another very important point is that after fixing the electric steam boiler, carefully check whether there are any gaps where the boiler contacts the base. Make sure they fit tightly. Any gaps should be filled with cement. During installation, the most important component is the electrical control cabinet. You need to connect all the wires in the control cabinet to each motor before installation.

Before the electric steam generator is officially put into use, a series of debugging work is required, of which the two most critical steps are fire raising and gas supply. Only after a comprehensive inspection of the boiler that there are no equipment loopholes can the fire be started. During the fire raising process, the temperature must be strictly controlled and cannot be increased too fast to avoid uneven heating of various components and affect the service life. When the air supply starts, the pipe heating operation must be performed first, that is, the steam valve is slightly opened to allow a small amount of steam to enter, which has the effect of preheating the heating pipe. At the same time, pay attention to whether the various components are operating normally. After going through the above steps, the electric steam boiler can be used normally.
