Precautions when installing steam generator

Gas steam generator boiler manufacturers recommend that the steam pipeline should not be too long.
Gas-fired steam generator boilers should be installed where there is heat and are easy to install.
Steam pipes should not be too long.
It should have excellent insulation.
The pipe should be properly sloped from the steam outlet to the end.
The water supply source is equipped with a control valve.

In order to discharge waste gas, the chimney of the gas steam generator boiler should be extended outwards, and the outlet should be 1.5 to 2M higher than the boiler.
The gas steam generator boiler power supply is equipped with matching control switch, fuse and reliable protective grounding wire, 380v three-phase four-wire extension wire (or three-phase five-wire extension wire), 220v single-phase power supply and the wiring in the wiring specification table specification.

All wiring complies with relevant regulations.
When the water quality used does not meet the requirements, softened water equipment should be used. The use of deep well water, minerals and sediments is strictly prohibited, especially in northern sandy areas and mountainous areas.
The power supply voltage of the gas steam generator boiler is controlled within 5%, otherwise the effect will be affected.
The 380v voltage is a three-phase five-wire power supply, and the neutral wire cannot be connected correctly. If the grounding wire of the gas steam generator boiler is related to the safety of use, a reliable grounding wire should be installed for this purpose.
Grounding wires should be stacked nearby, the depth should be ≥1.5m, and the grounding wire joints should be sintered on the grounding pile head.To avoid rust and moisture, the joints to be connected should be 100mm above the ground.

Especially at the junction of two outer walls.
Valves should be installed at the upper and lower ends of each riser to release water.
For systems with fewer risers, this valve can only be installed on the sub-ring supply and return manifolds.
The water supply riser of the double-pipe system is generally placed on the right side of the working surface.
When a riser branch intersects a branch branch, administrators should bypass the branch.
In addition to the risers in stairwells and auxiliary rooms (such as toilets, kitchens, etc.), it is generally recommended to install risers separately to avoid affecting home heating during the maintenance process.

The return main can be laid on the ground.
Place the return pipe in a half-channel trough or a pass-through trough when laying above ground is not permitted (for example, when passing through a door) or when the clearance height is insufficient.
There are two ways to route the water pipe through the door.
The removable cover should be placed over the groove periodically.
Removable floor coverings should also be supplied for easy protection during overhaul.
Backwater managers should also be mindful of slopes to facilitate drainage.
