Q:How to Differentiate Steam Generators Based on Pressure Points?

A:The flue gas temperature of ordinary steam generators is very high during combustion, about 130 degrees, which takes away a lot of heat. The condensing combustion technology of the condensing steam generator reduces the temperature of the flue gas to 50 degrees, condenses part of the flue gas into a liquid state, and absorbs the heat of the flue gas from gaseous state to liquid state to recover the heat originally taken away by the flue gas. The thermal efficiency is much higher than that of ordinary steam generators.

The pressure rating of the steam generator is divided according to the steam generator outlet water vapor pressure range. Details are as follows:
Atmospheric pressure steam generator below 0.04MPa;
Generally, the steam generator with the water vapor pressure at the outlet of the steam generator below 1.9MPa is called a low-pressure steam generator;
A steam generator with a water vapor pressure of about 3.9MPa at the outlet of the steam generator is called a medium-pressure steam generator;
A steam generator with a water vapor pressure of about 9.8 MPa at the outlet of the steam generator is called a high-pressure steam generator;
A steam generator with a water vapor pressure of about 13.97MPa at the outlet of the steam generator is called an ultra-high pressure steam generator;
A steam generator with a water vapor pressure at the outlet of the steam generator of about 17.3MPa is called a subcritical pressure steam generator;
A steam generator with a water vapor pressure above 22.12 MPa at the outlet of the steam generator is called a supercritical pressure steam generator.
The pressure gauge can be used to measure the actual pressure value in the steam generator, and the change of the pointer of the pressure gauge can reflect the change of combustion and load. The pressure gauge used on the steam generator should be selected according to the working pressure. The maximum scale value of the steam generator pressure gauge dial should be 1.5~3.0 times of the working pressure, preferably 2 times.
