When choosing a steam generator, the qualifications of the manufacturer are very important. Why do we need to look at the manufacturer’s qualifications? In fact, qualifications are a reflection of the strength of a steam boiler manufacturer.
As we all know, steam generators are special equipment. Steam generator manufacturers need to have special equipment manufacturing licenses issued by relevant national departments, and a complete service system is also very important. So what do you think about qualifications? According to the level of boiler manufacturing license, the boiler manufacturing license level is divided into level B, level C and level D, with the highest and lowest requirements. The higher the level, the better the natural qualifications.
The boiler liquid level refers to the rated operating pressure range, and the boiler manufacturer’s manufacturing license range is also divided accordingly. Different manufacturing licenses are granted at different levels. For example, the rated steam pressure of Class B boiler is 0.8MPa＜P＜3.8MPa, and the rated evaporation capacity is＞1.0t/h. For steam boilers, if the rated outlet water temperature of the hot water boiler is ≥120°C or the rated thermal power is >4.2MW, if it is an organic heat carrier boiler, the rated thermal power of the liquid phase organic heat carrier boiler is greater than 4.2MW.
Description of boiler licensing grade classification:
1) The scope of the boiler manufacturing license also includes boiler drums, headers, serpentine tubes, membrane walls, boiler-wide pipes and pipe assemblies, and fin-type economizers. The above manufacturing license covers the manufacturing of other pressure components and is not licensed separately.
Boiler pressure-bearing parts within the scope of Class B license shall be manufactured by the unit holding the boiler manufacturing license and shall not be licensed separately.
2) Boiler manufacturers can install boilers manufactured by their own units (except bulk boilers), and boiler installation units can install pressure vessels and pressure pipes connected to boilers (except for flammable, explosive and toxic media, which are not limited by length and diameter) .
3) Boiler modification and overhaul should be carried out by units with corresponding boiler installation qualifications or boiler manufacturing qualifications, and no separate license is allowed.
