The product mainly consists of a water supply , a self-control, a heating ,a safety protection system and furnace gallbladder. The basic working principle is to soften the raw water into the water tank after water treatment. After heating and deoxygenation, it is pumped into the evaporator body, and heat exchanged with the burning high-temperature flue gas. The high-speed flowing water in the coil quickly absorbs heat into a soda mixture and water steam during the flow process. It is separated by a soda-water separator and sent to the cylinder, and finally used in production activities.

The inner tank of the 1314 series products is made of stainless steel, which is not easy to corrode and rust, more durable, and has higher steam purity.
