Daily operation, maintenance and precautions of biomass steam generator

Biomass steam generator, also known as inspection-free small steam boiler, micro steam boiler, etc., is a micro boiler that automatically replenishes water, heats, and continuously generates low-pressure steam by burning biomass particles as fuel. It has a small water tank, water replenishment pump, and control The operating system is integrated in a complete set and does not require complicated installation. Just connect the water source and power supply. The biomass steam generator produced by Nobeth can use straw as fuel, which greatly saves raw material costs and improves efficiency.

So, how should we run a biomass steam generator? How should we maintain it in daily use? And what should we pay attention to during daily operation and maintenance? Nobeth has compiled the following list of daily operation and maintenance methods for biomass steam generators for you, please check it carefully!

First of all, when operating and maintaining related equipment in daily life, you need to follow the following points:
1. The feeding system starts feeding when the water level reaches the set water level.
2. The working ignition rod of the blast and induced draft system ignites automatically (note: after 2-3 minutes of ignition, observe the fire viewing hole to confirm that ignition is successful, otherwise turn off the system power and re-ignite).
3. When the air pressure rises to the set value, the feeding system and blower stop working, and the induced draft fan stops working after a four-minute delay (adjustable).
4. When the steam pressure is lower than the set value, the entire system will re-enter the working state.
5. If you press the stop button during the shutdown, the induced draft fan system will continue to work. It will automatically cut off the system power supply after 15 minutes (adjustable). It is strictly prohibited to directly cut off the main power supply of the machine midway.
6. After the work is completed, that is, after 15 minutes (adjustable), turn off the power, vent the remaining steam (drain away the remaining water), and keep the furnace body clean to extend the service life of the generator.

Secondly, in daily use, there are the following points that you need to pay attention to:
1. When using a biomass steam generator, it must have absolutely reliable grounding protection and be operated by professionals to observe the working status of the generator at any time;
2. The original parts have been debugged before leaving the factory and cannot be adjusted at will (note: especially safety protection interlocking devices such as pressure gauges and pressure controllers);
3. During the work process, the water source must be ensured to prevent the preheating water tank from cutting off water, causing damage to the water pump and burning out;
4. After normal use, the control system must be regularly maintained and maintained, and the upper and lower cleaning doors must be cleaned on time;
5. Pressure gauges and safety valves should be calibrated every year by the local qualified standard measurement department;
6. When inspecting or replacing parts, the power must be turned off and residual steam must be removed. Never operate with steam;
7. The outlet of the sewage pipe and safety valve must be connected to a safe place to avoid scalding people;
8. Before starting the furnace every day, the movable grate in the furnace hall and the ashes and coke around the grate must be cleaned to avoid affecting the normal operation of the ignition rod and the service life of the burning brazier. When cleaning the ash cleaning door, you should turn on the power button and continue Press the work/stop button twice to let the fan enter the post-purge state to prevent ash from entering the ignition system and air box, causing mechanical failure or even damage. The upper dust cleaning door must be cleaned every three days (particles that are not burned out or have coking must be cleaned once or multiple times a day);
9. The sewage valve must be opened every day to discharge sewage. If the sewage outlet is blocked, please use iron wire to clear the sewage outlet. It is strictly forbidden to not discharge sewage for a long time;
10. Use of safety valve: The pressure must be released once a week to ensure that the safety valve can release pressure normally under high pressure; when the safety valve is installed, the pressure relief port must be upward to release pressure to avoid burns;
11. The glass tube of the water level gauge must be checked regularly for steam leakage and must be drained once a day to prevent probe sensing failure and false water levels;
12. The treated soft water should be tested with chemicals every day to see if the water quality meets the standards;
13. In case of power outage, clean the unburned fuel in the furnace promptly to prevent backfire.
