Precautions for electric heating steam generator equipment

Precautions for use·

1. Try to use purified soft water. If there are sand, gravel and impurities in the water, it will damage the electric heating pipe, water pump, and pressure controller. Blockage of the pipes can easily cause loss of control. The liquid level controller can easily malfunction due to accumulation of dirt. Places with poor water quality must install purifiers. Water dispenser to ensure service life and intact machine performance.

2. The furnace must be drained once a week to avoid excessive accumulation of dirt and clogging of pipes. The liquid level controller, electric heating tube, furnace, and water tank should be maintained and cleaned once a month to ensure normal operation and extend service life.

3. Before connecting the water inlet pipe of the water tank, the water pipe must be flushed and drained once to prevent sand, gravel, iron filings and other debris from entering the water tank and flowing into the water pump, causing damage to the water pump.

4. Pay attention to the flow of tap water when using it for the first time and when adding water in the middle. It is strictly forbidden to prevent the water supply from affecting the quality and life of the water pump.

5. The generator may have difficulty adding water due to air in the pipe. In this case, you should open the lower door panel, install a bleed screw on the water outlet connector of the high-pressure vortex pump, turn it counterclockwise 3-4 times, wait until some water comes out, and then tighten the bleed screw.

6. If the shutdown time is too long, before use, turn the water pump several times by hand, then turn on the power and start working.

7. Steam pressure control, the factory control is within 0.4Mpa. Users are not allowed to increase the pressure control by themselves. If the pressure controller is out of control, it means that there is a blockage in the input steam pipe of the pressure controller and must be cleared before use.

8. During loading, unloading or installation, do not place it upside down or tilted, and water or steam cannot enter the electrical parts. If water or steam enters the electrical parts, it will easily cause leakage or damage.
