1. The problem of overpressure of the high-pressure steam generator
Fault manifestation: the air pressure rises sharply and the overpressure stabilizes the allowable working pressure. The pointer of the pressure gauge obviously exceeds the basic area. Even after the valve operates, it still cannot prevent the air pressure from rising abnormally.
Solution: Immediately reduce the heating temperature quickly, shut down the furnace in an emergency, and manually open the vent valve. In addition, expand the water supply, and strengthen the sewage discharge in the lower steam drum to ensure the normal water level in the boiler, thereby reducing the water temperature in the boiler, thereby reducing the boiler steam drum. pressure. After the fault is solved, it cannot be turned on immediately, and the high-pressure steam generator should be thoroughly inspected for line equipment components.
2. The high-pressure steam generator is full of water
Fault manifestation: The abnormal water consumption of the high-pressure steam generator means that the water level is higher than the normal water level, so that the water level gauge cannot be seen, and the color of the glass tube in the water level gauge has a prompt color.
Solution: First determine the full water consumption of the high-pressure steam generator, whether it is lightly full or seriously full; then turn off the water level gauge, and open the water connecting pipe several times to see the water level. Whether the water level can be recovered after changing is lighter and full of water. If serious full water is found, the furnace should be shut down immediately and the water should be released, and a complete inspection should be done.
