1 Ton fuel gas steam Boiler

Short Description:

Conditions required for installation of fuel gas boilers in high-rise buildings
1. Fuel oil and gas boiler rooms and transformer rooms should be arranged on the first floor of the building or near the outer wall, but the second floor should use normal pressure (negative) pressure fuel oil and gas boilers. . When the distance between the gas boiler room and the safety passage is greater than 6.00m, it should be used on the roof.
Boilers that use gas with a relative density (ratio to air density) greater than or equal to 0.75 as fuel cannot be placed in the basement or semi-basement of a building.
2. The doors of the boiler room and transformer room should lead directly to the outside or to a safe passage. A non-combustible overhang with a width of not less than 1.0m or a window sill wall with a height of not less than 1.20m shall be used above the door and window openings of the exterior wall.

3. Boiler rooms, transformer rooms and other places should be separated by non-combustible partition walls with a fire resistance rating of not less than 2.00h and floors with a fire resistance rating of 1.50h. There should be no openings in partition walls and floors. When doors and windows must be opened on the partition wall, fire doors and windows with a fire resistance rating of not less than 1.20h shall be used.
4. When an oil storage room is set up in the boiler room, its total storage volume should not exceed 1.00m3, and a firewall should be used to separate the oil storage room from the boiler. When a door needs to be opened on the firewall, a Class A fire door shall be used.
5. Between transformer rooms and between transformer rooms and power distribution rooms, non-combustible walls with a fire resistance rating of not less than 2.00h should be used to separate them.
6. Oil-immersed power transformers, oil-rich switch rooms, and high-voltage capacitor rooms should adopt equipment to prevent oil diffusion. Under the oil-immersed power transformer, emergency oil storage equipment that stores all the oil in the transformer should be used.
7. The boiler capacity should comply with the relevant provisions of the current technical standard “Code for Design of Boiler Houses” GB50041. The total capacity of oil-immersed power transformers should not be greater than 1260KVA, and the capacity of a single transformer should not be greater than 630KVA.
8. Fire alarm devices and automatic fire extinguishing systems other than halon should be used.
9. Gas and oil-fired boiler rooms should adopt explosion-proof pressure relief facilities and independent ventilation systems. When gas is used as fuel, the ventilation volume should not be less than 6 times/h, and the emergency exhaust frequency should not be less than 12 times/h. When fuel oil is used as fuel, the ventilation volume should not be less than 3 times/h, and the ventilation volume with problems should not be less than 6 times/h.
